1. Return Window
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Any return request after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, tags, and protection seals must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Sale, discount, or clearance items
- Customized or special-request items
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
4. Return Process

After your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Note: The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or a video of the issue
- Your order number
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution (replacement or return), depending on availability.
6. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- A product arrives damaged or broken
- The product is out of stock after order confirmation
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
For exchanges, customers must cover the reshipping cost. Exchange availability depends on stock.
