Shipping Policy

At Jhumka.pk, we aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and with complete transparency. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 on all orders across Pakistan.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Within Lahore: 2–3 business days
• Major Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may require phone or WhatsApp verification before dispatch.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to track your shipment through the courier service.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and name are accurate. Incorrect information may lead to delivery delays or failed deliveries.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If the parcel is not received, it will be returned to us, and re-delivery will require a new shipping fee.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately at:
